Honestly I've never been to a doctors app where the doctor and staff were all so friendly and comforting. I had mark dyball for the first time today and he did a great job making me feel comfortable as a first time client and was genuine about his help. I feel confident going to him. His staff was very nice and helpful as well. He also had a med student shadowing him, I think his name was Austin, who came in first to see what was going on who also made me feel comfortable and that he knew what he was doing (which is the most important part) Then when he came in with Dr. dyball, he was teaching him about everything he was telling me, which was nice to see. Also I got in immediately which was refreshing because what doctor gets you in on time.
